As a Booking & Operations Specialist, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate professional who loves creating unique travel experiences. You will play a key role in supporting our travel consultants, ensuring that every trip goes beyond being just a destination and becomes a truly memorable journey.
You will be responsible for the operational management of travel bookings, making sure that every detail is handled with accuracy and care, turning plans into unforgettable experiences.
Manage the full cycle of customer bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
Provide specialized support to our travel consultants;
Ensure high-quality customer service, with attention to detail and personalization;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
Degree in Tourism;
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator;
Proficiency with airline booking systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo;
Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism;
Availability for flexible schedules and shifts;
Fluency in Portuguese and English. Knowledge of Spanish or French will be valued.
