About the role
As a Booking & Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our travel consultants, ensuring that each trip becomes more than just a destination – a truly memorable journey. You will be responsible for the operational management of travel arrangements, making sure every detail is handled with precision and care, turning plans into unforgettable experiences.
Responsibilities
Full management of client bookings, including creation, modification, and cancellation;
Specialized support to our travel consultants;
Ensuring high-quality customer service with attention to detail and personalization;
Contributing to the continuous improvement of our services and processes.
What We’re Looking For
Degree in Tourism;
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a travel agency or tour operator;
Proficiency in airline reservation systems (GDS), preferably Amadeus and/or Galileo;
Strong customer service orientation, with friendliness and professionalism;
Availability for flexible schedules and shifts;
Fluency in Portuguese, English and French; additional languages are a plus.
