The Brand & Visual Designer will be responsible for developing iCligo’s new visual universe, building a cohesive, modern, and global brand identity system. This role is key in shaping how the iCligo brand is perceived across all touchpoints — from digital to physical, from marketing campaigns to corporate environments.
Develop iCligo’s new visual identity system, ensuring consistency, modernity, and global appeal;
Create and maintain the official iCligo Brand Book, defining logo usage, typography, color palette, iconography, graphics, photography, and application guidelines;
Design and produce presentation templates for both institutional and departmental use;
Lead the visual design of corporate events, including stage design, graphic materials, screens, presentations, signage, and both print and digital assets;
Collaborate closely with videographers, marketers, and social media managers in the creation of campaigns and visual content;
Ensure brand consistency across all company touchpoints — marketing, training, product, and internal communication;
Design internal communication materials, reinforcing iCligo’s culture and brand positioning;
Develop key visuals and temporary identities for projects and initiatives such as launches, training programs, events, and campaigns;
Support motion graphics and video production, ensuring aesthetic coherence with the brand identity.
Degree in Communication Design, Branding, Graphic Design, or Multimedia;
4-6 years of experience as Brand & Visual Designer or similar roles;
Proven experience in rebranding projects, visual identity systems, and corporate design;
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and Figma;
Knowledge of motion design, UX/UI, and digital design applied to performance and storytelling;
Ability to develop scalable and adaptable template systems for diverse applications.
