About the Role

We are looking for a Community Learning & Operations Assistant in the execution, coordination and continuous improvement of community and learning initiatives across the iCliGo Travel Partner network.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that Travel Partners have access to the right knowledge, tools, and support to grow their business, while also helping streamline internal community operations.

This role plays a key part in ensuring that community programmes, training initiatives, events and operational processes are executed efficiently and consistently, allowing the Community Department to focus on strategic growth, engagement and retention initiatives.

You will work at the intersection of community operations, learning coordination, programme execution and administrative support, contributing directly to the experience, development and performance of our Travel Partner network.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Programmes & Operations

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of community initiatives, including onboarding programmes, engagement campaigns, recognition programmes and development tracks.

  • Coordinate operational processes related to community projects, ensuring information is accurate, organised and up to date.

  • Assist with participant tracking, registrations, reporting and programme administration.

  • Support the creation and maintenance of communication templates, workflows and operational documentation.

2. Academy & Learning Coordination

  • Support the organisation and execution of onboarding and ongoing training programmes.

  • Assist in maintaining Academy content, learning materials, guides and knowledge resources.

  • Coordinate learner communications, participation tracking and completion reporting.

  • Support the continuous improvement of learning experiences and Academy operations.

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of recurring online training sessions and learning initiatives.

3. Community Communications & Engagement

  • Support communication with Travel Partners across community channels, including forums, email, events and other engagement platforms.

  • Assist in moderating community spaces and ensuring a positive, professional and compliant environment.

  • Help identify recurring questions, feedback and community insights.

  • Support communication initiatives designed to increase engagement and participation.

4. Events & Community Experience

  • Support the planning, preparation and execution of online and in-person community events, webinars, conventions and recognition initiatives.

  • Coordinate participant communications, registrations and event logistics.

  • Assist in ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across all community touchpoints.

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

  • Maintain operational records, dashboards and programme tracking tools.

  • Support KPI monitoring related to engagement, training participation, programme effectiveness and community activity.

  • Identify process inefficiencies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Assist in implementing scalable processes and operational best practices.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Community, Marketing, Customer Support, Operations and Product teams.

  • Support alignment between community initiatives and company objectives.

  • Help gather and communicate community insights to relevant internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree in Communication, Education, Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, project coordination, training coordination, community management or customer-facing support roles.

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms (CRM, LMS, project management and collaboration tools).

  • Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and improve processes.

  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.
