About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and curious Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform raw data into actionable insights that help shape the future of iCliGo’s travel technology products. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, measure performance, and support data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources;
Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance;
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and provide data-driven recommendations;
Support product development with insights into user behavior and travel industry trends;
Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across reporting systems.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field;
4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role;
Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker);
Solid knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and experience with Python or R for data analysis;
Experience working with large datasets and cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift);
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders;
