Design, develop and manage group travel products — including corporate, educational, themed and leisure groups — ensuring competitiveness, profitability and alignment with iCliGo’s global strategy.
The Group Travel Product Manager is responsible for supplier negotiations, product development, pricing, and supporting the sales team to deliver high-quality and seamless group travel experiences.
Product development: You will create, structure and maintain competitive group travel packages from concept to delivery.
Supplier negotiation: You will secure the best commercial conditions with hotels, local operators, airlines and tourism partners.
Market analysis: Identify new trends, opportunities and niche segments within the group travel sector.
Portfolio management: Keep the group travel portfolio up to date, ensuring strong margins and clear market positioning.
Sales support: Monitoring of the entire product strategy in close coordination with the internal teams and Consultant external teams (at headquarters and in the field);
Operational coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of group trips (briefings, itineraries, documentation, feedback).
Performance review: Track results, margins and customer satisfaction, proposing continuous improvements.
Quality & compliance: Ensure all group packages comply with legal, contractual and brand quality standards.
Degree in Tourism, Business, Marketing or related field;
Minimum 3 years of experience in group travel product development or management (agency, tour operator or DMC);
Strong knowledge of international destinations and tourism suppliers;
Excellent negotiation and margin management skills;
Highly organized with strong analytical and communication abilities;
Results-driven and detail-oriented;
Fluency in Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus);
Proficiency with digital tools (ERP/CRM systems, Excel, booking platforms).
Strong interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
