  • Define and prioritise the product backlog based on strategic objectives, risks, costs, and performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous updates to documentation and the product roadmap.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise processes, features, and development practices.

  • Promote clear, regular, and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business areas, ensuring alignment across all parties.

  • Prepare progress reports and project management documentation to ensure visibility and effective monitoring of ongoing initiatives.

  • Ensure project coherence and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and priorities.

  • Strong results orientation, organisational skills, and critical thinking;

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in both technical and business contexts;

  • Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
