We are looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage technology projects across different areas of the business, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives.
This role has a strong strategic component, acting as a key link between technical teams, business areas, and stakeholders, promoting effective communication and ensuring the successful delivery of high-value technology solutions.
Identify technical and project risks, ensuring the definition and implementation of effective mitigation measures.
Ensure the delivery of programmes and projects within the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and allocated resources.
Ensure product quality by defining and overseeing testing and validation strategies throughout the full development lifecycle, including functional and non-functional testing.
Define and prioritise the product backlog based on strategic objectives, risks, costs, and performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring continuous updates to documentation and the product roadmap.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimise processes, features, and development practices.
Promote clear, regular, and effective communication between technical teams, stakeholders, and business areas, ensuring alignment across all parties.
Prepare progress reports and project management documentation to ensure visibility and effective monitoring of ongoing initiatives.
Ensure project coherence and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and priorities.
Participate in the analysis and definition of technical and functional requirements, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or a related field;
3-4 years of proven experience in similar project management roles, preferably in technology-driven environments;
Knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies (certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus);
Fluent in Portuguese and English;
Strong results orientation, organisational skills, and critical thinking;
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively in both technical and business contexts;
Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
