We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the analytical backbone of our quality process - translating requirements into thorough test coverage, running exploratory and functional testing across web and backend, and making sure defects are caught early and clearly understood. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to reduce risk and deliver a flawless travel experience to our customers.
Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design clear, comprehensive test cases and test plans;
Perform exploratory, functional, and regression testing across web applications and backend services;
Define and maintain test scenarios in BDD/Gherkin that bridge business intent and engineering;
Apply risk-based testing to prioritize coverage where it matters most;
Identify, document, and track bugs; perform root-cause analysis and collaborate with developers to resolve them;
Validate data integrity across relational and non-relational databases using SQL;
Maintain and report on QA metrics (coverage, defect trends) to support release decisions;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices across the development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
3+ years of experience as a QA Analyst, Software Tester, or in a similar role;
Strong command of test design techniques (equivalence partitioning, boundary value analysis, decision tables);
Experience with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Xray, or Zephyr);
Hands-on experience testing APIs for validation (e.g., Postman);
Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB) and SQL for test validation;
Familiarity with BDD/Gherkin and agile delivery;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail;
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid/remote team.
ISTQB certification (Foundation or higher);
Exposure to test automation tools (Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium);
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git);
Awareness of performance/load testing concepts.
