We are looking for a Regional Travel Product Manager to join our growing international structure and support the expansion of icligo across key regions.
This role is responsible for building, managing, and continuously improving the regional travel product portfolio, ensuring that our offer is competitive, relevant to local market needs, commercially attractive, and aligned with icligo’s global strategy.
The Regional Travel Product Manager will work across different tourism segments, including flights, hotels, bedbanks, cruises, transfers, packages, GDS, DMCs, and other travel suppliers. This person will play a key role in ensuring that our Travel Partners have access to high-quality, exclusive, and competitive products that allow them to grow.
This is a highly commercial and strategic role, requiring strong knowledge of the travel industry, supplier management, negotiation, product development, and market adaptation.
Develop and manage the regional travel product strategy, ensuring alignment with icligo’s global business goals.
Identify product needs, gaps, and opportunities within the assigned region.
Ensure the product portfolio is adapted to local market demand, customer preferences, and Travel Partner needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor offers, destination demand, and supplier opportunities.
Work closely with global teams to ensure consistency between regional product development and overall company strategy.
Identify, negotiate, and onboard relevant travel suppliers across the region.
Manage commercial negotiations with suppliers, including pricing, commissions, availability, conditions, payment terms, and operational requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key tourism partners, including hotels, DMCs, airlines, bedbanks, cruise operators, transfer companies, and other travel providers.
Ensure icligo has access to competitive, attractive, and exclusive travel products.
Support brand awareness within the tourism sector to strengthen icligo’s positioning in commercial negotiations.
Build, maintain, and optimize the regional product portfolio across all relevant tourism segments.
Ensure products are commercially viable, operationally feasible, and attractive for Travel Partners and customers.
Monitor product performance, sales results, margins, conversion, availability, and Travel Partner feedback.
Recommend improvements, replacements, or discontinuation of products based on performance and market relevance.
Ensure product information is accurate, complete, updated, and easy to use by internal teams and Travel Partners.
Work closely with the Regional Operations Manager to ensure product strategy is aligned with regional operational priorities.
Collaborate with Booking & Operations teams to ensure products can be supported effectively.
Partner with Community Experience teams to understand Travel Partner needs, feedback, and product knowledge gaps.
Work with Marketing teams to support regional product communication and promotional initiatives.
Coordinate with the global Legal team to ensure supplier agreements and product structures comply with local and global travel regulations.
Ensure Travel Partners have access to the right product information, tools, and guidance to sell effectively.
Support the creation of product training materials, selling guides, destination highlights, and supplier information.
Help identify what information Travel Partners need to better understand and promote the regional product portfolio.
Collect and use Travel Partner feedback to improve product selection, presentation, and usability.
Track product performance across the assigned region.
Analyze sales trends, supplier performance, product competitiveness, and market opportunities.
Prepare reports and insights for regional and global leadership.
Recommend actions to improve sales, margins, product quality, supplier performance, and Travel Partner satisfaction.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of product processes, supplier onboarding, and portfolio management.
Previous experience in travel product management, contracting, supplier management, or commercial roles within the travel industry.
Strong knowledge of tourism products, including hotels, bedbanks, transfers, flights, cruises, packages, DMCs, or GDS-related products.
Experience negotiating with travel suppliers and managing commercial agreements.
Strong understanding of market needs, customer behavior, and travel distribution models.
Ability to analyze product performance, identify opportunities, and make data-informed decisions.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across regional and global teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing international environment.
Fluency in English. Additional languages relevant to the assigned region are a plus.
